open letter to the team that made it happen

Dear Professionals,

You guys rocked it.

Working with you wonderful, fantastic, do more than you were ever asked people was truly inspirational. This team delivered a truly epic event. Any one of those nights as a standalone event was award worthy but to have all of them together and flawlessly executed was a phenomenal heroic feat.

The guests were absolutely gushing praise as they departed. In my years of design and production I often have had letters to the host saying how brilliant, beautiful or fun and event was but never have I received letters directly from the guests to the producers thanking us for a great event here’s what a few letters said:

“Hope you have returned home safe and well. Thank you so much again for doing such a fantastic job with Philip’s Adventure, no wonder Phil keeps using your services.”

“Excellent service, thanks again. It was a great event!”

“WOW ! What an extravaganza.

Congratulations for pulling that off and thank you for organising so cleverly such an incredible occasion for Philips 60th.

If anything went wrong it certainly was not evidential. I was just pleased to be a part of such a celebration.

Thank you from my side – I loved every minute and will be needing a fair few days of recovery as a result from the highs.”

From Ronan’s management:

“Just wanted to say a big thanks to and the entire crew for looking after us yesterday. It all ran very smoothly and the sound was excellent.

I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.”

Even Kylie herself sent a mail thanking the team saying what a great time she had.

From the host:

” I think you and the team smashed ! In-spite of the weather, Kate and I thought the whole weekend was faultless. No one will ever now know what ‘Plan A’ was supposed to be. We’ve come along way from when the original conversation started, and I would put it out there that anyone else ( whoever they are and however deep their pockets ) would have to go along way to creating something more memorable , more personal and more fun than the weekend you created for our friends, it was truly remarkable and the comments have just continued to flow…

Although I may be the face I know that you are the hands and heart that made this truly epic event possible. From the bottom of my heart. THANK YOU IT COULDN’T HAPPEN WITHOUT YOU.
